Return Policy
Item(s) must be returned in the original condition and in the original packaging including all original tags, any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, not tried on, unaltered, and undamaged. All returned items will be inspected to ensure you qualify for a refund. If returned items are not in the same condition with when they were sent, the seller may refuse or send the package back to you with shipping charge.
Customers are responsible for the additional costs (if any) associated with return. We recommend that you send your return with the recommended shipping company/company used by the seller as the seller cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
Any claims for damaged, defected, wrong, or missing items must be submitted within the specified days from delivery date. It must be accompanied by photos displaying the evidence of the claim. Each seller will differ on the dates specified from the deliver date this can range from 10 – 31 days.
Return Credit will be issued after the inspection of returned item(s) is completed and will always be issued in the same way you were originally charged. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting the seller. Exchange Policy
All sellers on Compare The Hair offer the option to exchange products bought by sellers, however due to re-sell and hygiene reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.
The time frame in which the sellers allow the option to exchange may differ depending on the company. This can range from 10 - 31 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with.
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. At Compare The Hair we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and therefore stress the importance of sellers rejecting opened items for a return or exchange – this is for the safety of all our customers.
How to exchange
E-mail/message the seller with the information regarding your order. This includes your order number, email address, address and the product you'd like to exchange for. The seller will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your item to make the exchange. All items will be inspected to see if the item is eligible for an exchange.
Depending on the seller it can take up to 3 business days to process all orders from the moment they place it in their system. Depending on your country of residence, orders can take 3-7 business days to be delivered with standard shipping – whether it is provided free by the seller or paid for by the client.
The seller will send you the brand-new hair after they have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened (unravelled bundles/unbraided hair etc).
Customers must contact the seller prior to sending the exchange, as the return address may be different from the address used to ship the hair from. Please note that exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting the seller may be denied.
Shipping fee of exchange
Customers may be responsible for the exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you send your set back with a tracking number to the seller, to ensure transparency between buyer and seller, in the instance of lost package.

What if i entered the wrong shipping address
I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
Resolution process
We always encourage Compare the Hair members and clients to communicate with each other when there's a problem regarding a transaction. This can be done through the Resolution Centre, from this point info@comparehair.co.uk will then intervene, contacting you with the suggested resolution
To start the resolution process, please tell us what your problem is:
- I bought an item/I sold an item
- I haven't received it yet
- I received an item that does not match the seller's description
- I need to cancel a transaction
