You can cancel this User Agreement under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We may recoup the cost of any Services provided up to the point of cancellation. If we believe you are violating the policy on Offers to buy or sell outside of Compare the hair, you may be subject to a range of actions, including limits on your buying and selling privileges, restrictions on your account features, suspension of your account, application of fees for the introduction of seller to buyer, and recovery of expenses for policy monitoring and enforcement.
If you are a seller and you offer or reference your contact information or ask for the buyer's contact information in the context of buying or selling outside of Compare the hair, you will be liable for all final value fees in consideration for the introduction to a buyer for that item on the Compare the hair site, even if the item does not sell. We may cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time or modify or discontinue our Services. Additionally, we reserve the right to vary or terminate all or part of our Services and/or not provide all or part of our Services to anyone for any reason and/or period of time, at our discretion.

The following terms are in place to create the best shopping experience for you, the customer, and to give you all of the information you could possibly need. This User Agreement outlines the terms on which Compare the Hair provides you access to use of our site and services. Compare the Hair is an e-marketplace that allows users to sell hair/hair products, buy hair/hair products and provides you with access to UK hair salons.

Compare the hair does not have possession of anything listed or sold through Compare the hair and is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. The contract for the sale is directly between buyer and seller.

While we may provide pricing, postage, listing and other guidance in our Services, such guidance is solely informational, and you may decide to follow it or not. Compare the hair does not review users' listings or content. While we may help facilitate the resolution of disputes through various programmes, Compare the hair has no control over, and does not guarantee the existence, quality, safety or legality of, items advertised; the truth or accuracy of users' content, listings or feedback; the ability of sellers to sell items; the ability of buyers to pay for items; or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction or return an item.

Sellers must always have a valid payment method on file with Compare the hair . You authorise Compare the hair to automatically charge your chosen payment method in accordance with this User Agreement and the applicable billing agreement(s) you agree to when setting up or changing your payment method, for future charges and fees incurred in relation to the Services.

In connection with using or accessing the Services you will not:

• post, list or upload content or items in inappropriate categories or areas on our sites;
• breach or circumvent any laws, third-party rights or our systems or policies;
• sell any counterfeit items or otherwise infringe the copyright, trademark or other rights of third parties;
• use our Services if you are not able to form legally binding contracts (for example if you are under 18), or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our Services;
• fail to pay for items purchased by you, unless you have a valid reason: the seller has changed the item's description after you paid, a clear error is made, or you cannot contact the seller
• fail to deliver items sold by you, unless you have a valid reason, for example the buyer fails to comply with your terms, or you cannot contact the buyer;
• post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libellous content;
• take any action that may undermine the Feedback or ratings systems
• transfer your Compare the hair account (including Feedback) and user ID to another party without our consent;
• distribute or post spam, unsolicited or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
• use the contact information of other users for any purpose other than in relation to a specific Compare the hair transaction on the Compare the hair site (which includes using this information to send marketing materials directly to Compare the hair users unless the user has given explicit consent to receiving these materials);
• distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Compare the hair or the interests or property of Compare the hair users;
• use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access our Services for any purpose;
• bypass our robot exclusion headers, interfere with the working of our Services, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
• harvest or otherwise collect information about users, such as email addresses, without their consent; or
• circumvent any technical measures we use to provide the Services.

• You must be 18 years old
• Have a usable credit/ debit card/ method of payment that we accept
• We may in some cases limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time

• You will receive email confirmation for any orders made
• We will make checks to authorise card
• If there’s an issue processing the order, we will contact you immediately
• If we notice unusual behaviour on your account, we may temporarily freeze/ suspend your account until the issue is resolved

• If you think that you have made a mistake when ordering from us and the item/s have not yet been dispatched, you will be able to cancel the order
• In order to do so, you will simply need to view the  recent orders  section of the website and choose the appropriate transaction to cancel
• After a certain amount of time, the cancellation option will no longer be available, however, view the returns section of the terms and conditions to see alternatives
• The period of time during which you will be able to cancel your order will bewithin two weeks of placing the order,however this is subject to change based on the independent terms of the seller.

• When it comes to privacy we take every measure possible to ensure that you have full control over our use of your data
• In order to use our website, we will have to collect certain personal data from you such as your email or phone number
• As a company, we have many measures in place to protect any data provided to us and will only use data for the purposes explicitly stated when we ask for it
• In the unlikely event that any data breaches occur, you will be notified as soon as we are made aware
• You have the right to update and/or delete information at your discretion – if you feel that you would no longer like us to have your information, you are perfectly within your rights to request its deletion
• Your email may be used to promote services/products – you can easily opt in or out of this feature

Pictures on the site are owned by Compare the Hair - unauthorised use of the images goes against copyright laws so we ask you not to use any images listed on the site for any other purpose

• Ensure that your passwords are strong: include upper- and lower-case letters, numbers and special characters where possible
• Be wary of phishing - don't give away information to an untrustworthy source – Compare the Hair will never ask for passwords via email for example
• Please report any security violations directly to the website
• Keep devices safe by installing anti-virus software for example
• Third party links? If there are any links to other websites, we are not responsible for their content – they are not affiliated with us

• Your feedback is always welcomed, however certain rules must be followed to ensure that communication is as effective as possible
• Do not use any libellous, defamatory or obscene language
• Do not include any viruses/ anything to damage the website in any way
• Do not pretend to be someone else – all feedback must be your own
• Failure to adhere to these terms may lead to termination of the account in question (temporarily or permanently)

Without limiting other access, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your user account(s) and access to our Services, restrict or prohibit access to, and your activities on, our Services, delay or remove hosted content, remove any special status associated with the account, reduce or eliminate any discounts, and take technical and legal steps to keep you from using our Services if:

• we think that you are creating problems or possible legal liabilities for us, our buyers;
• we think that such restrictions will improve the security of the Compare the hair community or reduce our or another Compare the hair user's exposure to financial liabilities;
• we think that you are infringing the rights of third parties;
• we think that you are acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this User Agreement or our policies or abuse our employees or users;
• despite our reasonable endeavours, we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us.

When a buyer or seller issue arises, we may consider the user's performance history and the specific circumstances in applying our policies. We may choose to be more lenient with policy enforcement, and to do the right thing for both buyers and sellers.
